Burnt Garlic Veg Fried Rice

Slightly bitter, very distinct and nutty flavored burnt garlic Veg fried rice suits for a perfect breakfast and dinner too. This will become the most desired dish at home because very easy to prepare with healthy vegetables in a short time span.

Ingredients:

Cooked rice (1 cup)
Carrot (2)
Green bell peppers (1)
Red Bell pepper (1)
Onion (1)
Ginger (1 inch)
Garlic (4 cloves)
Red Chilli sauce (2 tablespoons)
Green Chilli Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Chilli vinegar (1/2 teaspoon)
Whole Black Pepper Corns (1/2 teaspoon)
Salt
Spring Onion (3 sprigs)
Cooking oil

Garlic (9 cloves)
Cooking oil (1 teaspoon)
 
How to Prepare?

To starting preparing, cook half of cup of rice in a pressure cooker and keep aside. And heat a pan with oil and add ginger and garlic and wait till it softens. Then add onions and wait till it brown.

Now add vegetables (carrot, green and red bell peppers) and sauté for 10 mins till it becomes soft. Then add the Chinese sauces along with pepper and salt as required. Now sauté well a while, at this stage add the cooked rice and mix it well with all veges till the rice cooked and blended well.

Now check the salt and add the spring onions and give a final toss. On the other hand, heat pan with oil and add garlic and roast till it becomes brownish. Now add the ½ of the burnt garlic and toss well. And add rest ½ of the garlic while serving.

Finally, the distinct and nutty flavored and delicious veg fried rice is ready to serve.
