Hariyali Chicken Tikka Masala

Blended mint and coriander leaves well cooked with marinated chicken breasts like thick gravy. It is a well matched with tawa parathas and hot phulkas. The spicy masala is made with coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder and garam masala. To develop the flavors of chicken soak the chicken pieces into the marination for few hours. Let’s take a sight of its preparation.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts (300 grams)
Red chilli powder (1 teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Garam masala powder (2 teaspoons)
Amchur (1 teaspoon)
Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
Yogurt (1/4 cup)
Fresh cream (1/4 cup)
Salt

To grind

Coriander leaves (1 cup)
Mint Leaves (1 cup)
Green Chilli (1)
 
How to Prepare?

Before start preparing the main dish, initially blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chilli until it becomes paste. Now add this blended paste to the spicy powders and yogurt and finally add chicken breast pieces and a pinch of salt.

Mix these combos well and keep it aside for an hour, after that heat pan with oil and then fry those chicken pieces only until it becomes crispy then keep it aside.

On the other hand, in that same pan add the rest gravy and cook it well. Now check the seasoning and salt, if needed you can add some. Now add the cream and bit of water to match consistency at the end.

Now cook it well for 2 mins and at this stage add the chicken pieces into that thick gravy. Finally, your Hariyali Chicken gravy is ready to serve with Naan or tawa paratha.
