• Potato (2), finely grated
• Onion (1), finely chopped
• Gram flour (3 tablespoons)
• Whole Wheat flour (2 tablespoon)
• Red chilli powder (1 teaspoon)
• Salt
• Cumin powder (1 teaspoon)
• Black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon)
• Water
• Cooking oil
How to Prepare?
• To start preparing this recipe, take a bowl of cold water and add finely crumbled potatoes for 5 mins. Aside from this, add whole wheat and gram flour in a bowl and then add cumin powder, red chilli, black pepper and a pinch of salt and required water to make it smooth batter.
• Take crumbled potato from cold water and mix it well with whole wheat batter and gram. Now heat the pan with oil and add one part of onion and potato combo on that pan and cook thinly until it turns crispy and cooked well.
